What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is a term used for assorted styles of breathing. Most Breathwork practices comes from ancient yoga traditions and are based on Pranayama, which means ‘the regulation of the breath through certain techniques and exercise.’ I follow my teacher Jay's three conscious breathworks so we can open all the chakras to release unnecessary energy which creates a space to bring in the good energy. This method helps in many ways, Body, physical, mind, emotionally and spiritually. The best way to understand this is to experience this. I hope you will enjoy this new experience.
